Scope
This service involves analysing the viability of the application under a server based computing scheme.
Note: to implement an existing application in Internet, it is necessary to mount the application on a Server Based Computing scheme. If this architecture is not available, the server based computing services of Vision Software S.A. are required.
Application Security
First of all Vision Software S.A. analyses diverse aspects of the application which may generate problems in the moment of implementing a server based system, such as the access to the registry, configuration archives, archive access routes, etc.
Once the application starts, the memory requirements of the application for each instance implemented are analysed, it's performance and in general, diverse measures of computer resource requirements.
Based on this information the computer and communication equipment necessary to support the specified number of users is evaluated.
Analysis and Modifications of Applications
In case of problems with the use of the application in a server-based scheme, Vision Software recommends alternative programming solutions to the problem.
Training
Vision Software S.A. trains the employees within the company who are required to operate the computer platform.
Support and/or Operation
Vision Software S.A. offers a support (we are a Microsoft certified support centre) to those employees who require it or if the client wishes we operated the platform (outsourcing support) thereby guaranteeing the service level agreement that our clients demand. |
